Crassula Ovata 'Hummel's Sunset | Golden Jade

Crassula ovata Sunset (Golden Jade Tree) is a lovely shrubby succulent indoor house plant. It grows slowly to 2 to 3 feet tall. Golden Jade Tree has glossy, rounded fleshy leaves edged with yellow and tinged red, especially during the cooler months of the year. In late-winter or spring, it may produce tiny, starry white or pale pink flowers borne in small clusters.

It thrives best in bright light with some direct sunlight. A sunny windowsill will be an ideal position for these plants. They will not flower without sunlight and inadequate light will cause developing spindly growth. It grows well in well-drained soil with a neutral pH. Add coconut coir and Pine bark to make the soil more drainage friendly.
