Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Your plant will be meticulously bubble wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. Most of the plants will be shipped bare-root to ensure their safety. If you want to receive the plastic pot & soil, please leave a note in your order. When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. Plant orders are shipped within 2-4 days.

We ship our plants Monday through Friday, all twelve months of the year! If you need your order urgently, please message us so we can upgrade your shipping (additional cost applied). We do not ship outside of New Zealand.

LOCAL PICK-UP

We are based at Ōtaki Beach on the Kapiti Coast at the northern boundary of the Wellington Region.

If you want to arrange to visit the store or to pick-up an order, then email/text directly or leave a note with your order stating your preferred day/time (See contact page for details)

LOCAL REGIONAL DELIVERY (Lower North Island)

Local Delivery can be made to you by arrangement.
We are based in Ōtaki and can deliver to the following areas:

Kāpiti to Horowhenua (up to 40km from Ōtaki)

Minimum Order $100.00
Cost of Delivery $20.00

Wellington to Manawatu (up to 100km from Ōtaki)

Minimum order $200.00
Cost of Delivery $40.00
