Sedum makinoi ‘Ogon’ is an ornamental, succulent, tiny-leaved, spreading, ground cover Sedum that is noted for its bright gold foliage. It typically forms a dense mat growing up to 5 cm (2 inches) high and creeping up to 30 cm (12 inches) wide or more. Individual rounded leaves are only 8 mm wide. The best golden leaf colour usually occurs with some part afternoon shade. The tiny, star-like, yellow-green flowers appear in summer.
